Pricing.
Our fees for therapy are in alignment with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Note that all fees are flat rates with no additional taxes or fees added.
Rates for individual therapy sessions range from $170 - $200 per 50 minute appointment, depending on the therapist. Couples therapy sessions are $190 per 50 minute appointment.

Sara Boersma - $170 per 50 minute individual session
Julia Mazzotta - $170 per 50 minute individual session
Hillary Bowdridge - $170 per 50 minute individual session & $190 per 50 minute couples session

Payment.
Payment is processed at the end of each session through our secure and easy to use platform.

We provide you with a receipt by email after payment is processed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or to file as a medical expense tax credit.
Insurance.
Most extended health insurance plans cover our services, but be sure to confirm with your provider before your first visit.
You would be checking that you have coverage for:
Services provided by a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW)
Your therapist’s registration number and all necessary information is provided on each receipt.
