THERAPISTS IN RICHMOND HILL, ON

Take a deep breath, babe. We’ve got you.

Online therapy for women in their 20s and 30s who are tired of feeling like they’re falling behind.

YOU'RE DOING FINE… TOTALLY FINE. (YOU'RE NOT AT ALL FINE.)

The group chat is popping off with “good news.”
Meanwhile, you feel anything but good.

You're happy for them. You genuinely are. But somewhere between hearting another engagement announcement or baby photo and putting your phone down, your chest tightens.

You've tried so hard to do everything right…so why does life still feel sort of hollow?

You've talked to your friends about how you feel. You've asked Dr. Google at 1am. You might have even tried therapy before and walked away thinking, “...meh.” And then you came back the next week ready to pretend that things got better while still feeling exactly the same—or even worse than before.

Listen to us: None of this is a YOU problem.

Like many of the women we see, you need a therapist who understands the special kind of hell that is being in your 20s and 30s. We offer you safe space to soften and put down everything you’ve been holding so we can sift through it together and figure out what’s going on.

And then we’ll help you actually do something about it so you can start taking steps toward hitting your own milestones—or just feeling better about taking life at your own pace. Think of us as the bridge between where you are now and where you want to be.

We help young women who are navigating…

Our therapists pass the vibe check. We’re also damn good at what we do.

We're a woman-owned, woman-run practice and a team of therapists who have been where you’re standing right now. We know firsthand that life can feel lighter on the other side of this work.

WE UNDERSTAND THAT…

  • A breakup can derail your entire sense of self, and it’s not your fault if you can’t “just get over it.”

  • Making it through the day and being completely overwhelmed are not mutually exclusive.

  • Swiping sucks and it’s hard to believe you’re still struggling to find “the one” in what seems like an endless sea of fish (or at least, guys holding fish).

  • Wanting a relationship so badly it makes you lose yourself doesn’t mean you’re desperate or doomed.

  • You’re not struggling because of an animal protein deficiency or a lack of cottage cheese in your diet.

  • Working so hard and still feeling a step behind can be soul crushing in a way that can’t be fixed by positive affirmations in the mirror.

It’s all so valid and you’re doing an amazing job on your own, but it’s time to ask for help—and actually get what you need.

The values we live by...

Why Wild Sage?

It started with a backyard plant and a perfectionist spiral—honestly, very on brand.

Our founder, Samantha, was ready to move from practicing solo to building a group practice—but the new identity needed a new name.

She did what any perfectionist does: obsessively researched, scrolled through baby name directories, and made long lists of words she liked, landing on:

  • Wild – free, grounded, untamed

  • Sage – wisdom, growth, healing

  • Therapy – well, you get it.

Put them together and suddenly it became clear. Wild Sage Therapy exists for the women who are ready to stop being passive passengers in their own lives and get into the damn driver’s seat.

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

Hey, I’m Sam!

I started Wild Sage Therapy to create the kind of space I needed in my own 20s and 30s—chill, supportive, real, and full of heart.

So many of the clients we work with feel lost, stuck, overwhelmed (or all of the above). They’re looking for a therapist who gets it, who feels human, who shows up with warmth and personality, and who creates a space where they can exhale. That’s the kind of therapy I believe in—and it’s what this practice is built on.

My own life experiences sparked my passion for helping others navigate this weird, messy, beautiful phase of life. Anxiety, low self-esteem, body image struggles, perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxious attachment, career stress—you name it, I’ve probably been through it or sat with someone who has. And I know how much it means to have someone in your corner through it all.

There’s so much growing that happens in your 20s and 30s: career, identity, relationships, breakups, family dynamics, future plans. It can get confusing real fast. You deserve a soft place to land. Somewhere to talk about the things you’re afraid to say out loud. Somewhere you feel supported, not judged.

As an anxious, perfectionistic, oldest daughter, Virgo (yes, I said it), and a therapist with 10+ years of experience, I’ve brought together a team of therapists who are not only skilled and passionate, but who actually pass the vibe check.

I'm really glad you're here. And I’m rooting for you.

– Sam
